Our Chef will be delighted to concoct a menu of choice dishes based on the seasons. Ballottine of salmon, sautéed prawns, fillet of John Dory or vegetable feuilleté and breast of duck – our Chef can tailor the menu to your tastes and ensure all your guests a fine dining experience.
If you organise a gala evening at the Provinces Opéra Hotel, our hotel Chef will serve an exquisite menu, beginning with a champagne apéritif in our listed bar, a starter, a superb main course, a cheese platter and a gourmet dessert, including drinks and AOC wines.
For your apéritifs or cocktail receptions, our team will serve a selection of delicious cocktails and amuses-bouches in the Art Deco ambiance of our hotel’s listed bar.
